Senior Pastor, Keith Gilliam

Pastor Keith accepted the senior pastorate of WPHC in June 1985 shortly after graduating from Emmanuel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion. He and the love of his life, Lana Holloway Gilliam, are blessed with two wonderful children; a daughter, Jennifer Lauren and a son, John Ryan. Pastor Keith's passion is to bring people into the presence of the Lord through a dynamic, vibrant worship service and in-depth discipleship. Pastor of Adult Ministries, David Crisp

Pastor David brought his family to WPHC in 1998. He has an associate degree in Business Administration from Caldwell Community College in Hudson, NC and is an ordained minister. He is married to Dawn Walker Crisp and they have two children and a son-in-law; a daughter, Jessica Crisp Fox and husband, Hayden, and son, Benjamin. Pastor David leads the Senior Adult Ministry, a program in which our seniors are not only ministered to, but also are involved in vibrant ministry to the church and community. Through Pastor David's leadership and God's guidance and blessing, WPHC has one of the best senior programs in Caldwell and the Unifour.   
Pastor of Evangelism and Outreach,
Gray Williams

Pastor Gray and his wife, Kim, joined the WPHC family in 2001 with their children, Amanda and Bradley. A Mount Airy native, Pastor Gray is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. where he served in Operation Desert Storm. He attended East Carolina University and received a Bachelors degree in Christian Education from Lee University. He is currently employed as a N.C. State Trooper. Gray is a gifted Evangelist who has a passion for seeing lives changed by the power of the Holy Spirit. His ministry includes the development and oversight of outreach ministries as well as recruiting and training believers for ministry. His heart is to see every believer become a more effective witness for our Savior. The Williams’ have one grandson, Cameron.

Pastor of Worship, Gary Church

Pastor Gary joined WPHC as Pastor of Worship in 2007. He is responsible for “all things” music within the WPHC fellowship, including Praise & Worship, choir, special singing, and congregational singing. Along with over a decade of experience in leading worship, Pastor Gary also brings to WPHC his talented wife, Kathy, and his son, Dillan.

Stephen Jones


Pastor Stephen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel College and a Master's Degree in Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. After serving in posts as full-time youth ministry at Fountain of Life Ministries in Elizabeth City, NC and as Associate Pastor of Youth and CEM at the Stanley Pentecostal Holiness Church in Stanley, NC, he and his wife, Mandy, joined the WPHC family in 2007.   

Pastor of Children’s Ministries , Charles Bouchard 

With over 20 years experience in Children’s Ministries, Charles and his wife, Carol, and their four children, Alyssa, Hannah, Leah, & Seth, joined the WPHC family in January 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Toccoa Falls Bible College in Toccoa, GA. Charles has served as Children’s Pastor at Assembly of God churches in Charlotte, and in Hickory.
