2009 Western Carolina University - Robert Lee Burch   Robert Lee Burch   Robert graduated cum laude (with honors) from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC, on December 13, 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. He plans to continue his education pursuant to an advanced practice degree. Robert is husband to Crystal and dad to Alex and Caroline.  The Burches live in Hudson, NC.   ...from Robert: I would first like to thank the Lord for His strength and guidance during this extremely busy and difficult time.  I know without the Lord, I would not have been successful.  I want to thank Crystal, Alex, and Caroline, who weathered this chaotic time in our life.  I would not have been able to complete this degree without you sacrificing your time with me.  There were many days that i had to push you aside and complete my assignments.  I fully understand that you were the main reasons that I was so successful and graduated with honors.  I truly thank you and love you for the support that you gave me.
