Pastor of Adult Ministries, David Crisp 

Pastor David brought his family to WPHC in 1998.  He has an associate degree in Business Administration from Caldwell Community College in Hudson, NC and is an ordained minister. David is involved in several ministries within our church.  He teaches the 25-35 year old Sunday School class, sings in the choir, and is a member of the Praise & Worship Team.

As well as being wife and mother (of two), Dawn uses her training, in Early Childhood Development, to teach Cyberkids to the Pre-school-age children in the Unifour area.  She is also an active member of our adult choir and is an Honorary Board Member for our Women's Ministry.

The Crisps also lead and host a Discovery Group in their Lenoir-area home.  Their group meets the 4th Saturday of every month.

Pastor David's vision for the Senior Adults is to implement a program in which our seniors are not only ministered to, but are involved in vibrant ministry to the church and community.  He believes with God's guidance and blessing, WPHC will have one of the best senior programs in Caldwell and surrounding counties. This ministry, called JOY Ministries, is already making its name at WPHC.
